Bladex is a supranational bank specialized in foreign trade in the Latin American region. The bank wanted to provide their investors and prospective clients a top-quality public site. The website required frequent updating, and was published in three languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese).
BootStudio has been managing Bladex's public website since 2003. We have been responsible for three redesigns of the site (including a major rebranding in 2005) and also maintain the site's content and manage site statistics.
We work closely with Bladex's marketing team to ensure the website is always providing up-to-date information, and that it is serving its target audiences' needs. We have developed a yearly update schedule that allows us to plan in advance for known updates to the site.
As a NYSE-listed company, Bladex publishes time-critical information in its website. BootStudio provides time-to-publication service level agreements (SLAs) that help ensure that critical information is published in a timely manner.
BootStudio also provides Bladex with monthly and quarterly activity reports, which allow the bank's management team to make informed decisions about their online marketing efforts.
The site has been continuously updated for over six years with only minimal downtime or content issues.
